  • Must have a university degree.
  • However, this requirement may be relaxed if the candidate has 3 years of experience (in shorthand).
  • Preference will be given to candidates with a law degree.
  • Passed the Government Commercial Certificate Examination
  • OR English Shorthand Examination from an Industrial Training Institute with a speed of 80 words per minute
  • OR Must have passed the English typing test at the speed of 40 words per minute
  • OR more in the Government Commercial Certificate Examination
